driving in a monsoon? sure, sounds fun…

So, driving in GTA 6 will be like maneuvering through an ocean in a tin can during a hurricane. Great. Because that’s exactly what I want when playing a game: real-life challenges like hydroplaning and tip-toeing around like Grandma on her way to bingo night. Adding realistic weather effects to mess with your car’s stability is like forcing you to tweak tire pressure in Mario Kart. Well done. Mess up my driving experience for the sake of “realism.” Unreal.

Do you really think I’m excited about fiddling with my customized vehicle to buy “special tires” just to survive a torrential downpour or a light drizzle? In this ridiculous future, instead of racing away from cops and causing chaos, I’ll spend hours in the digital shop getting my ride ready for the next thunderstorm, just like preparing for the end of the world. How fun.

Are we going to have UI pop-ups now too? “Oh no! You’re slipping! Change your tires or face certain doom!” Or perhaps an NPC will offer weather tips like a virtual weather channel, warning us peasants when to take out the digital umbrella. Overcomplicating a simple pastime with unnecessary realism. Whatever.
