So, apparently, now we have to deal with our cars playing slip-n-slide in GTA 6 because dynamic weather is somehow the trend they thought we needed. You know what I mean? Like driving wasn’t already a challenge, now we’ll be swaying side-to-side like we’re on a virtual ice rink, thanks to rain-induced hydroplaning. Best thing after picking up a sports car is modifying it with specific tires instead of just… you know… having fun. Realism in games, what a joy.
Seriously, though, heavy rain affecting driving physics sounds absolutely delightful when your main objective is causing chaos and speeding away recklessly. Who asked for this? Did anyone say, ‘Yes, I would like my getaway car to handle like it’s on roller skates’? Nope. They threw that in just to annoy everyone trying to do the simplest thing: drive around without careening into every lamppost.
Honestly, implementing a feature that makes your vehicle lose control unless outfitted correctly feels more like a chore than gameplay enhancement. It’s supposed to be a game, not my everyday horrible commute multiplied by bad weather conditions. But hey, if that sounds appealing to you, there’s always more to gripe about at this lovely spot. Whatever.
